All rates are exclusive of Vat, Car Parking Charges and Chauffeur Gratuity. Account rates are subject to minimum 10% chauffeur gratuity charge (unless advised otherwise by the client).
Cash gratuities are at the client's discretion.

Credit Card rates are the same as account rates plus a credit card surcharge of 2.5%.

Payments are accepted by Cash / Credit Card / Personal and Company accounts. We have no hidden mileage charges - all rates are inclusive of mileage. Weekly rates are available on request. Bank holiday surcharges of 75% are applicable including Christmas and New Years day.

Cancellations: Jobs cancelled within 2 hours of the pre-booked time will incur a £50.00 cancellation fee. Vehicles available with privacy glass upon request. Security Trained Driver rates and VIP Protection / Close Protection rates also available on request.

Luggage: When making your reservation please advise us of the number of passengers travelling together with the amount and approximate size of any luggage.

Fixed Price Airport Transfers: When making your reservation please advise if you wish to be left at the departure terminal setdown area or if you wish your chauffeur to escort you to the terminal check-in desk (this service will incur a surcharge of waiting time and car parking charges).
